02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
To promote athletics for adults and children in the Helensburgh Area. This is achieved by providing facilities (such as Hermitage Academy and Posties Park Running Track) and organising structured training sessions under qualified coaches throughout the year. Also by organising events, such as the Helensburgh 10Km, and taking part in competitions and events organised by Scottish Athletics and other Athletics Clubs.
