4 The organisation's purpose is: For the benefit of the public, the advancement of the arts in and of Scotland, domestically and internationally, by: (i) establishing and maintaining an arts production company. (ii) educating the public through experiences of contemporary art. (iii) producing exhibitions, events, performances, or other artworks for/to the public at fair and reasonable prices. (iv) promoting high standards in the sphere of the arts, in particular but not limited to music-theatre, sonic- and/or time- based art.
