What the charity exists to do
The Charity receives funds, mainly an annual payment from a Wind Farm, and other grants, which it uses to fund specified activities for the Dulnain Bridge Village.

Constitutional objectives
The organisation has been formed to benefit the community of Dulnain Bridge Community Council area (the Community') with the following purposes: To advance citizenship or community development including rural regeneration. To improve the quality of life, health, well-being and independence and to reduce social isolation of people in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability or social circumstances. To advance environmental protection or improvement, including maintenance, improvement or provision of environmental amenities, for the Community and the public.
