What the charity exists to do

To provide opportunity for aerobic exercise to those with restricted mobility through the sport of Frame Running

Charitable purposes

  • the advancement of public participation in sport
  • the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended
  • the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage

Constitutional objectives

The organisation will further the following charitable purposes: - the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage (including relief given by the provision of accommodation or care) - the advancement of public participation in sport (and sport means sport which involves physical skill and exertion) - the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended by 4.1 enabling the opportunity for aerobic exercise for children and adults with restricted mobility by participation in the sport of RaceRunning through the provision of Running Bikes, related equipment and related support. 4.2 supporting the development of RaceRunning throughout Scotland. This may include attending and in some cases organising RaceRunning and RaceRunning related events. 4.3 supporting national (within Scotland) RaceRunning startups/activities/come & trys where possible. 4.4 fundraising to support the activities under clauses 4.1, 4.2, 4.3
