What the charity exists to do

The Trustees review the applications that are sent to the Trust and then they decide on an appropriate donation

Constitutional objectives

The Trustees shall hold and apply the sum of £1 paid by us to them, and such other funds and assets as may from time to time be comprised in the Trust Property, in trust for the following purposes:- (a) the prevention or relief of poverty. (b) the advancement of health (including the prevention or relief of sickness, disease or human suffering). (c) the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational facilities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for persons who have need of them by reason of their age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. (d) the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage (including relief given by the provision of accommodation or care). (e) the advancement of animal welfare. (f) the advancement of education. and (g) the advancement of health or the saving of lives for persons and organisations in the North Perthshire area, with particular emphasis on Pitlochry, Dunkeld, Birnam and the Mid Atholl areas of Tulliemet, Ballinluig, Logierait, Kindallachan, Dowally and Strathtay, including the area from Dalguise to East Haugh.
