The organisations purposes are: (a) To create, establish and maintain a sports body for the advancement of public participation in sport through providing an environment for people to learn and express skills in football in the Fraserburgh local community area. to promote the popularity, growth and skill of football and other sports by forming and organising new, and liaising with existing clubs and associations. to arrange matches, meetings and events and generally manage the activities of players and competitors in any and every skill, sport and entertainment. to supervise, provide and arrange training facilities and schedules, engagements and contracts and to create, stimulate and maintain public interest and to seek out and arrange financial terms for the sponsoring of commercial products associated therewith or capable of being related thereto. to establish, maintain, equip and carry on a club or clubs for the use and accommodation of persons admitted to membership and their
