Constitutional objectives
3.1 The Charitable Purposes of the SCIO ('the Charitable Purposes') are to provide grants and financial support to organisations and individuals throughout Scotland, in order to. 3.1.1. advance public participation in sport, especially equestrian sport. 3.1.2. provide relief to those in need by reason of ill-health, disability or other disadvantage via equestrian activities or sports. and/or 3.1.3. advance animal welfare, in particular equine welfare
