02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The charity is set up to benefit citizens of Kemnay and surrounding area through provision of health walks to promote physical, mental and social health. We have a number of walking groups to cater for all abilities, with each group supervised by volunteer trained Walk Leaders. We meet as Trustees to discuss operations around 6 times annually. Walk Leaders meet quarterly to discuss the physical aspects of the various walking groups, which now includes a Buggy Walk Group

To advance the health of adults in the Kemnay and District area through walking for health activities. To provide a recreational walking programme within the Kemnay and District area thereby promoting physical activity and encouraging positive health and well being.
