Constitutional objectives
The organisation's purposes are to provide benefit for the blind and partially sighted living in East Fife and blind and partially sighted persons who come to East Fife for training or rehabilitation so that their conditions of life may be improved. and The area of East Fife for the purposes set out above shall be as defined from time to time by the statutory planning authority or as may be determined from time to time by the charity trustees of the organisation.
