Constitutional objectives

4.1 To encourage or undertake any project or improvements for the benefit of the village and community of Lamlash, Isle of Arran, Scotland. 4.2 To organise or hold social events in Lamlash. 4.3 To encourage or undertake projects that protect or improve the environment in and around Lamlash. 4.4 To apply all money raised or received by the Association to such events, projects and improvements as may be sponsored according to clause 4.1 , 4.2 or 4.3. 4.5 The company's objects are restricted to those set out in clause 4 and solely in furtherance of the charitable purpose in clause 5 (all subject to clauses 7 and 8). 5 The Association's charitable purposes (all subject to clause 4): 5.1 The advancement of citizenship or community development (including rural regeneration). 5.2 Providing recreational or other facilities or organising recreational or other activities with the aim of improving the conditions of life for the people for whom the facilities or activities are mainly intended. 5.3 The advancement of environmental protection or improvement.
