What the charity exists to do

Very simply, the key is for the Trust’s work is to benefit both local residents and visitors via the provision of suitable facilities that will enhance the lives of both young and old.

Constitutional objectives

4 The organisation's purposes are: To (a) promote/manage/maintain the use of facilities for the benefit of the inhabitants of Kishorn and visitors alike without distinction of political, religious or other opinions. (b) provide or assist in providing recreational facilities and activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants (and visitors) of the Community. (c) to advance the education of the Community and the public at large about the Community's environment, culture, heritage and history. (d) to advance the arts, heritage, culture and community development, including urban or rural regeneration within the Community. (e) to advance environmental protection or improvement, including preservation, sustainable development and conservation of the natural environment, the maintenance, improvement or provision of environmental amenities for the Community and/or the preservation of buildings or sites of architectural, historic or other importance to the Community. and (f) to undertake any other charitable objective.
