02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We raise awareness of menopause, increasing knowledge and reducing stigma. We do this by supporting people to host menopause discussion groups online and in person, worldwide. We also provide the Menopause Awareness Ribbon.

Constitutional objectives
The provision of recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the activities are primarily intended and the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health or other disadvantage through promoting and increasing awareness of the impact of the menopause on those experiencing it, their friends, families and colleagues, so that they can make conscious choices about this third stage of life.
