4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 To help anyone who is the victim of bullying to receive help and a speedy conclusion to their problem by getting them immediate assistance from the appropriate authorities. 4.2 To promote to children in school, and adults in the environment as to the effect of bullying both of the victim and the perpetrator.
