What the charity exists to do

Advocates for equity and promotes inclusion by delivering a range of free activities including weekly sports programs, a youth forum, parents forum, training, outdoor education and community events. These initiatives improve the health and well being of young people and children, deliver transferrable skills for future success, prevent and relieve poverty and encourage active citizenship.

Constitutional objectives

the organisation's purposes are: 1. to improve the social, physical and mental well being of disadvantaged and excluded population groups in Glasgow. 2. to prevent or relieve poverty amongst diverse minority ethnic youth in greater Glasgow through the provision of activities and membership 3. to advance education and training opportunities for diverse ethnic minorities by developing policies and procedures that support volunteer learning, training and coaching. 4. to improve the health and fitness of communities through the delivery of regular physical activity programmes 5. to develop short programmes of work with different communities to build religious and racial tolerance and understanding 6. to develop and coordinate international cultural exchange visits and volunteering opportunities, by sending and hosting short and long term international volunteers.
