What the charity exists to do
The advancement of the arts, heritage, unique history and culture of the island of Ensay in theOuter Hebrides in addition to the preservation, maintenance, restoration, upkeep and use of thehistoric Ensay Chapel and Grounds. The advancement of citizenship and greater communityinvolvement through the promotion of volunteering to care for and celebrate the uniquecharacter and situation of Ensay Chapel, and to promote greater public understanding and pride . in the local heritage of Ensay. The advancement of religion through the organising of an annual pilgrimage and worship services in the Ensay Chapel conducted by the Episcopal Church.
