Constitutional objectives

I direct my Trustees to hold the residue of my Estate in Trust under the name of 'The Green Shoots Trust' for purposes as are charitable both in law and for the purposes of the Taxes Acts and specifically to fund a family ministry post at St Ternan's Scottish Episcopal Church Banchory, or such other church as my Trustees consider appropriate, dedicated to enabling best practice in creche, Sunday School, Youth Activities, and regular visits to the Banchory primary schools and Academy.
