4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 to provide recreational facilities and equipment with the object of improving conditions of life of children and young people across Orkney, regardless of their age, ethnicity, ability, gender, belief or political affiliation. 4.2 To bolster community spirit and improve the wellbeing of the people of the Papdale Estate and surrounding communities.
