02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The ultimate goal of Drivewise is to reduce the number of accidents on our roads especially those involving serious accidents and loss of life. This will be achieved by education and awareness in a practical sense with training and tuition. Also helping drivers to fully understand and use the latest technology available in modern cars.

4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 To save lives by reducing the number of serious and fatal road accidents through early intervention and education. and 4.2 Through education of target groups, to contribute to an overall reduction in the number of accidents and incidents across the Scottish Borders involving a road vehicle.
