02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Our Charity is set up to promote, foster, and develop the sport of shinty in the Kingussie area. We are very much a community club, and we are also one of the leading clubs in Scotland for the sport of shinty.

Constitutional objectives
4 The organisation has been formed with the following purposes: 4.l To encourage public participation in sport through the promotion, practice and playing of shinty 4.2 The provision of recreational facilities, activities and training to improve the fitness, health and well-being of the persons for whom the activities are intended but such that the charity shall do so following principles of sustainable development.
