4.1. to advance the community development, the physical improvement of and regeneration of Callander and the areas surrounding Callander for the benefit of the public. 4.2. to protect, conserve, improve and promote the sustainable use of the natural environment and wildlife habitats in and around Callander with a view to where possible, encouragingand facilitating greater public access whilst respecting the natural balance and beauty of these areas. and 4.3. the promotion of the heritage, archaeological remains, history and culture of Callander and the areas surrounding Callander for the benefit of the public.
