02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Provide a facility (Stuartfield Village Hall) for the use by the inhabitans of the community of Stuartfield village for activities such as formal meetings, educational classes, club meetings, leisure activities, fundraising events and any other activities which enhance the conditions of life for the community.

Constitutional objectives
The subjects comprising the building known as the Stuartfield Public Hall (hereinafter referred to as Stuartfield Public Hall) are dedicated and shall be held by us and our successors as Trustees in all time coming for the purposes of a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Stuartfield and environs without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, (educational, recreational lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation) and leisure time activities and any other activities which enhance the conditions of life for the said inhabitants
