Constitutional objectives
A fund to be set up by my said trustees and to be known as James S Sheriffs Fund and to be used for the benefit of Staff and Patients at Sunnyside Royal Hospital, Montrose, or, in the event of the closure of Sunnyside Royal Hospital aforesaid, at such other establishment or establishments of a similar nature within Angus as the trustees of the said Fund may think fit and my said trustees will have a complete and absolute discretion and authority in regard to the composition of the Trustees who will administer the Fund and in laying down the purposes and administration of the Fund.
