Developing tools and materials based on research and evidence to help in the creation of environments that support better mental health and wellbeing. Providing advisory services on how the environment can be improved to support better health and mental wellbeing. Provide education services that will help improve the understanding of how workplace environments impact on the health and wellbeing of employees. Provide design services to improve workplace environments that will help to promote better health and wellbeing. Reducing suicide by helping organisations create environments that encourage the discussion of mental health in the workplace. and Providing support and guidance for employers to improve mental health and encourage sustainable changes in the approach taken to workplace wellbeing
