4. The organisations charitable purposes are: 4.1. The advancement of the pan celtic arts. In particular to, but not exclusive to, music 4.2. The organisation of recreational activities, namely the playing, enjoyment of and participation in music and the arts, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the activities are primarily intended, by being available to members of the public at large or to male or female members of the public at large 4.3. A family orientated celebration of the pan Celtic culture, music and arts whereby traditional music and arts skills and appreciation are passed down from one generation to another. ensuring the continuation of the pan Celtic culture within Scotland
