Constitutional objectives
The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: The advancement of public participation in the sport of boxing by contributing to the improvement of physical health, fitness, social and boxing skills and development of Scottish Boxing, the furtherance of which will be achieved through affiliation to the Amateur Boxing Club. The organisation of recreational activities, with object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. To do all other things as will properly attain the above purposes.
