Constitutional objectives
to be applied for charitable purposes under the name of 'THE EDNA MARY EDWARDS MEMORIAL TRUST' and that for the following purposes and with the powers and immunities hereinafter stated:- (a) The trustee shall apply the Charitable Trust Fund and the income thereof or any part of it for such charitable purposes (in the sense in which that expression is used in the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005) as they in their sole discretion shall from time to time think fit including, without prejudice to the foregoing generality and without restricting the trustees in any way in the exercise of their discretionary powers, but by way of a guide to the trustees, principally for the benefit of the community in Ballater by means of the improvement of the facilities available in The Albert Memorial and Victoria Halls, Ballater
