Constitutional objectives
The Charity's objects ('the Objects') are: (1) to relieve the need of terminally ill or sick children and in particular to assist such children to have holidays and/or entertainment. and (2) to relieve the need of the families of such children. Nothing in the articles shall authorise an application of the property of the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.
