Constitutional objectives

4 The club is a non-profit distributing charity whose principal purpose is to encourage the development and promotion of and participation in the sport of shinty in the interests of social welfare to improve the quality of life. and to develop, support and progress players to achieve their full potential. 5 In furtherance of these purposes, the club seeks: 5.1 To advance public participation in sport by the provision and development of recreational and competitive shinty facilities and playing opportunities, and to organise recreational and sporting activities, events and coaching. 5.2 To advance education through the provision of training in the skills and techniques of the sport of shinty, and coach and volunteer education. 5.3 To offer the opportunity of participation in sport at reasonable cost to the individual, with cost effective access to equipment, instruction, coaching and courses. 5.4 To do all lawful things which are deemed to further the purposes of the group.
