Constitutional objectives

The organisation's purposes are to advance the social well being and community involvement of all residents, regardless of their ages and backgrounds, living in South West Glasgow, (Corkerhill, Cardonald, Pollok, Govan and such places in between). It will achieve these purposes by: 4.1 Creating, developing and maintaining a facility, namely a Neighbourhood Hall. 4.2 Offering opportunities for local people of all ages in the South west Glasgow area to meet and undertake creative, physical, purposeful and recreational activities of their choice 4.3 Reducing isolation of children, young people and elderly residents in the area, thus contributing to their physical and mental wellbeing. 4.4 Developing the capacity of all local people in South west Glasgow to share their skills and knowledge with others in the community 4.5 Supporting & encouraging the development of social cohesion and community spirit across the defined area.
