What the charity exists to do
To advance and improve public participation in sports and the provision of recreational facilities alongside the organisation of recreational activities with the objective of improving life opportunities for those participating and also promoting the Leith community and surrounding areas through physical and recreational activities and events.

4. The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of public participation in sport and the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended 4.2 And in furtherance of the above, organise public sporting events, provide sporting, recreational facilities, provide training in sporting activities, legislate for, foster, develop and promote in the community of Leith and surrounding areas, the practice and play of football and other sports, to buy, sell, exchange, or hire all articles, implements, fixtures, furniture, apparatus and things used in the playing or practice of such sports and any other implements or things used or required therefore.
