Constitutional objectives
3.1 The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund for Charitable Purposes exclusively and subject to the following provisions. 3.2 Without prejudice to the foregoing generality the Trustees may apply the Trust Fund exclusively for any or all of the following Charitable Purposes, wherever possible within the city of Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire: (a) The advancement of public participation in sport. (b) The advancement of citizenship or community development (including rural or urban regeneration). (c) The advancement of health, the saving of lives and the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. and (d) The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage.
