What the charity exists to do
The company has been formed principally to benefit the community of the area of Moray covered by the Finderne Community Council as defined by the boundaries of Moray community councils from time to time (the “Community”) with the following objects: The advancement of community development (including the advancement of rural regeneration) within the Community. To provide, or assist in providing, recreational facilities and/or organising recreational activities, which will be available to members of the Community and public at large with the object of improving the conditions of life in the Community. The advancement of education of the Community about its environment, culture, heritage and/or history. The advancement of environmental protection or improvement including preservations, and conservation of the natural environment, the promotion of sustainable development and the maintenance, improvement or provision of environmental amenities for the Community.
