02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Mission Statement To support disadvantaged families by providing practical help, emotional support, and opportunities to build strong, positive relationships. which has been a high demand for Auchinairn. FACT is run by a funded project leader, volunteers, parents taking part who will be involved in most activities, The projects in place for all age groups from new-born to elderly as we have had to amend our activities/events to accommodate the gaps and demands over the years, due to the need within the community. We have made a safe space to meet and take part in free activities together. The project is based building relationships/partnerships extending activities onto the existing group and will be open to everyone 5days weekly, morning-evenings and extending our saturday workshops to benefit more single parents/ vulnerable working parents.

Constitutional objectives
4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 To provide recreational facilities and encourage any educational and/ or social events and / or projects which will improve and enhance the conditions of life for young people their families and their community 4.2 The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. Involving all families and breaking down barriers to participation by making everything accessible and affordable to all, breaking down social isolation, organising community events and getting people connected with their community.
