The advancement of the heritage and culture of the Outer Hebrides through: 4.1.1 the promotion of Highland Dancing to the public in general through the organisation of dancing displays and cross-generational events. 4.1.2 the provision of support to children and young people, to attend dancing competitions, engage in fundraising activities which benefit the wider community and attend social events, thereby ensuring that links with the traditional culture and values of the Outer Hebrides are maintained
