What the charity exists to do
To preserve Stoneyholm Mill to protect a heritage asset of significant regional importance. To raise awareness of the mill and its story and importance to the Garnock Valley via community events. To ultimately gain funding for refurbishment of Stoneyholm Mill to provide new use of significant benefit to the local community. To ensure the financial sustainability of Stoneyholm Mill to ensure the benefit of preservation and refurbishment is secured.

The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 The preservation of Stoneyholm Mill to protect a heritage asset of significant regional importance 4.2 The advancement of citizenship or community development (including rural or urban regeneration) Such that the VISION is achieved: The Stoneyholm Mill project will create a new destination in Kilbirnie that the community feels part of and is proud of. an inspiring, vibrant and sustainable multi-use facility, which embraces its history and industrial heritage, enhances the well-being of the community across the generations and creates economic, social and regeneration benefits for the local area.
