Object The object of the CIO is To promote and protect the health of children who are or will be undergoing surgical or medical treatment or tests whether in hospital or at home by the provision of pyjamas and gowns approved by hospitals on request with a view to relieving their suffering or distress and to help them feel more comfortable while undergoing such treatment or tests.
