Constitutional objectives
The company's objects are: (a) To support children whose lives have been affected by environmental disasters caused by oil and gas pollution in the Niger-Delta region of Nigeria. (b) To be committed to providing education that enhances the development of individual capabilities, vocational and social skills that would help them live independently. (c) To provide relief to disabled children in helping to provide specialist advice and equipment and healthcare, assisting in upbringing and resettlement. (d) To provide recreational facilities in the interest of social welfare which would help to improve their conditions. (e) Providing relief to the less privileged including children, young persons/adults and families in need by reason of ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage in the United Kingdom. (f) Carrying out activities or promotion of activities for the protection of the environment or improvement, including the conservation of the environment in order to mitigate the effects of climate change in the United Kingdom and overseas. (g) Carrying out activities or promotion of activities that support Asylum and Refugees geared towards their resettlement in the United Kingdom.
