Constitutional objectives
The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund on discretionary trusts for application and payment of the whole or part of the Trust Fund (including any income derived from same) as the Trustees may from time to time consider desirable for such charitable purposes or to such charitable institutions, societies, foundations, or funds as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion decide and without prejudice to the discretion of the Trustees it is our wish that the Trust Fund be used in supporting Charities with the primary purpose of: (a) the advancement of the arts, heritage and culture. (b) the advancement of environmental protection. (c) the advancement of the care and welfare of animals. (d) the advancement of education. (e) the provision of relief to those in need.
