What the charity exists to do
4 The company has been formed to benefit principally the community of Kincardine, Fife with the following objects: (1) The advancement of community development (including the advancement of urban*/ rural* regeneration) principally within the Community. (1) The prevention or relief of poverty (2) The advancement of education (3) The advancement of the arts, heritage and culture (4) The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended (5) The advancement of environmental protection or improvement includes preservation, and conservation of the natural environment and the promotion of sustainable development. Constitutional objectives
The company has been formed to benefit principally the community of Kincardine, Fife which comprises the postcode units (see Appendix 1) hereafter known as ('the Community') with the following objects: (1) The advancement of community development (including the advancement of urban*/ rural* regeneration) principally within the Community. (1) The prevention or relief of poverty (2) The advancement of education (3) The advancement of the arts, heritage and culture ( 4) The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended (5) The advancement of environmental protection or improvement includes preservation, and conservation of the natural environment and the promotion of sustainable development. It includes the conservation of a particular animal, bird, or wildlife in general. a specific plant species or habitat or area of land or water, including areas of natural beauty and scientific interest. But only to the extent that the above purposes are consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development.* *sustainable development' means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
