Constitutional objectives

5. The SCIO Purposes The SCIO shall hold the SCIO?s Assets for Charitable Purposes exclusively. declaring without prejudice to the foregoing generality that the Charity Trustees may apply the SCIO?s Assets exclusively for any or all of the following Charitable Purposes namely:- 5.1 For the purposes of benefitting the public and in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of that purpose, through creating and maintaining skate park facilities and activities in Inverbervie with the object of improving the conditions of life for the residents of Inverbervie. or 5.2 For the purpose of advancing such similar charitable purposes as the Trustees may consider appropriate from time to time to further the objects in clause 5.1 above. The SCIO has power to do anything which is calculated to further its purposes or is conducive or incidental to doing so all in compliance with the terms of the Act insofar as it relates to the operation of a SCIO.
