02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Support local people and their families affected by critical illness with grants for every day expenses/ home equipment or helping to create special memories during difficult times caused by cancer or critical illness.

Constitutional objectives
The Trustees shall hold and apply the sum of £1 paid by us to them, and such other funds and assets as may from time to time be comprised in the Trust Property, in trust for the following purposes:- (a) For monetary grants for those people suffering from terminal or recurring cancer with a view to making a memory for them. (b) to make payments, small donations and grants to third parties applying with the purposes of the Trust.
