02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

The hall committee manage the day to day running of the hall by maintaining the interior, keeping it to a clean, safe standard for users. We have a hallkeeper who opens and locks up the hall for users. We provide the main hall, committee room and kitchen for use. We have a new online booking system to enable potential users to check online the hall availability and to be able to book rooms. We have equipment that can be used - chairs, tables, dividers, tablecloths and a fully equipped kitchen. We provide a space for the community to use for classes, meetings, fundraisers, parties, weddings etc.
