The charity supports community development within Reay Parish through activities to bring the community together, alleviate poverty, promote health and wellbeing and contribute to community services and placemaking.

Constitutional objectives
To use the income received from the investments made by Thomas and Catherine Pilkington and Alan and Winifred Pilkington to benefit the community of Reay Parish. Use of funds must be in furtherance of one or more of the following charitable purposes from the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005: 2.1 The advancement of citizenship or community development. 2.2 The prevention of relief of poverty. 2.3 The promotion of religious or racial harmony. 2.4 The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage.
