Constitutional objectives

3 CHARITABLE PURPOSES and POWERS 3.1 The Charitable Purposes of the Company ('the Charitable Purposes') are: 3.1.1 Promoting the Arts, Culture, and Heritage To cultivate Crieff as a vibrant cultural hub by supporting the arts, including music, theatre, cinema, and creative expression, through the development of community-based initiatives, events, and venues that foster creativity and cultural exchange, where access to the arts and culture is accessible to all and contributes to the physical and mental well-being of those for which is it intended. 3.1.2 Advancing Education and Skill Development To provide educational opportunities and skill-building initiatives, particularly for young people, by partnering with local schools, community groups, and educational institutions. These efforts will focus on enhancing cultural learning experiences, creative development, and practical skills in areas such as media, music, and the arts and nurturing youth talent. 3.1.3 Advancing Community Development To strengthen the social fabric of Crieff by creating inclusive and accessible spaces for community interaction, collaboration, and engagement. This will be achieved through the delivery of diverse cultural and recreational activities that enhance well-being, promote social inclusion, and celebrate local heritage. 3.1.4 Promoting Sustainable Rural Regeneration To actively contribute to the regeneration of Crieff, enhancing its cultural, social, and economic vitality through sustainable development practices and community-driven initiatives. This will include the innovative use of public and outdoor spaces to encourage environmental stewardship and sustainable local development. 3.2 The Company shall have powers, but only in furtherance of its Charitable Purposes, as expressed in Schedule 2 annexed to these Articles.
