What the charity exists to do
To manage the village hall in Spott, including maintenance of the building (let from local council), provide hall facilities to rent and support the local community through events and other social activities

Constitutional objectives
5. Purposes The organisation’s main purpose is consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development. The organisations purposes are: 5.1a) To provide, or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, where such provision or assistance in provision:- i) Is in the interests of Social Welfare. and ii) Is made with the object of improving the condition of life of the members of the community in the areas of benefit, and for these purposes to associate with voluntary organisations and inhabitants in the area of benefit. iii) To establish, maintain and manage a community centre situate in the area of benefit in so far as it is established, maintained and managed for the attainment of objectives of the Association.
