Acquire land on behalf of the local community for the purposes of a bike park gondola and visitor centre

Constitutional objectives
The company has been formed to benefit principally the community of Dunoon which comprises the community council areas of South Cowal, Dunoon, Hunters Quay, and Sandbank (the Community) with the following objects: 5.1 The advancement of citizenship and community development principally within the Community. 5.2 The advancement of education. 5.3 The provision of recreational facilities and organising of recreational activities. and 5.4 The advancement of the public participation in sport. But only to the extent that the above purposes are consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development.
