Purpose b - The Advancement of Education (One) to support individuals and organisations established to provide education in a University or College or Father Education in Scotland to assist those with a view of qualifying for a career in the Merchant Navy to service either on the deck or in the Engine Room. (Two) to benefit in any way such other charitable object or objects, involving financial assistance for the purpose of education in Scotland in pursuit of a career acceptable to the Trustees, including learning (a) a trade and (b) gardening, as my Trustees shall, in their absolute discretion think fit to support or establish.
