02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

The club is constituted to encourage and promote the advancement of public participation in football within the community of Busby and surrounding areas. Currently we have around 200 players - boys and girls starting from the age of under 5’s and men’s Scottish Amateurs and an Over 35’s teams. All teams are coached by volunteers who have the relevant coaching and first aid qualifications. The club is funded from players monthly subscriptions, donations, fundraising and also sponsorship from a few local businesses.
