The relief of those in need by reason of mental health problems by: providing a safe drop-in environment run by people with mental health problems, for people with mental health problems, free from discrimination, stigma and which tackles isolation. providing therapeutic, recreational and learning programmes that build skills, confidence and self-esteem working with and involve statutory and voluntary sector services that enhance the opportunities within and out with the drop-in, which benefit members’ mental health and well-being. providing opportunities for mutual support, self-help, peer support, peer learning and information sharing.
