02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
To advance musical education and the chance to perform to people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. The band operates an open approach to recruitment and accommodates any potential member who may not be financially able to pay the same fees as most. The band performs regularly, giving players the opportunity to enjoy participation in concerts and other cultural events. The band also raises substantial amounts for other designated charities.

Constitutional objectives
